Fat: 61.91g | Prot: 40.93g | Carb: 166.31g.   Breakfast:  granola, ricemilk, sweet cherries, raisin bran cereal. Lunch:  whole wheat bread, deli roast turkey, avocado, watercress soup, carrots. Dinner:  shrimp scampy, pasta, bread, chicken broth, light cream cheese, ginger tea. Snacks/Other:  dark chocolate, pistachios cake, grapes.
