Fat: 34.12g | Prot: 41.84g | Carb: 183.95g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, cinnamon, flax seeds, honey, sweet cherris, coconut milk, grounded almonds. Lunch:  mutternut squash soup, watercress, chia seeds. Dinner:  bread, light cream cheese, peach mango juice, broiled chicken breast, boiled new small potatoes. Snacks/Other:  banana, grapes, instant cevada coffee, grham crackers.
