Fat: 34.12g | Prot: 41.84g | Carb: 183.95g.   Breakfast:  cinnamon, coconut milk, flax seeds, grounded almonds, honey, oatmeal, sweet cherris. Lunch:  chia seeds, mutternut squash soup, watercress. Dinner:  boiled new small potatoes, bread, broiled chicken breast, light cream cheese, peach mango juice. Snacks/Other:  instant cevada coffee, banana, grapes, grham crackers.
