Dinner:  Minestrone Soup (Home Recipe), italian sausage, Homestyle Cracked Wheat with Whole Grain Bread, Whey Protein, Innergize. Snacks/Other:  Whey Protein, Gala Apples, Raw Sliced Almonds, Fibrestore, cuties, Clif Bar - Crunchy Peanut Butter.
