Fat: 26.38g | Prot: 38.08g | Carb: 129.00g.   Breakfast:  Brown Sugar, Oatmeal, Orange Juice, Raisins (Seedless). Lunch:  Deli Sliced Gouda Cheese, Garden Veggie Straws. Dinner:  Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, green beans, salsa, sweet potato, tilapia. Snacks/Other:  ambrosia apple, Candy, green olives, japanese peanuts, Red Raspberries, Silky Smooth Dark Chocolate Promises - Almond, Sweet or Dark Chocolate.
