Fat: 71.94g | Prot: 73.28g | Carb: 80.40g.   Breakfast:  Country Style Pork Sausage, American Cheese, Coffee. Lunch:  Chicken or Turkey Salad, Vinegar & Salt Potato Chips, Chocolate Chip Cookie. Dinner:  Beef T-Bone Steak (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Salt & Vinegar Chips Potato Chips. Snacks/Other:  100% Whey Protein-Frosty chocolate, Pears.
