Fat: 40.76g | Prot: 67.36g | Carb: 272.09g.   Breakfast:  sugar, oatmeal. Lunch:  wheat bagel mini, peanut butter, banana, sugar. Dinner:  beef and barley soup progresso, salad, thousand island, werthers, town house crackers, Chili Beans in Mild Sauce, Town House Original Light Buttery Crackers. Snacks/Other:  apple, Apples, Whole Grain 100% Wheat Mini Bagels, Natural Choice Oven Roasted Deli Turkey.
