Fat: 60.02g | Prot: 73.56g | Carb: 266.76g.   Breakfast:  pancakes, scramble eggs, sugar. Lunch:  baked potato, mini cone, Peaches (Solids and Liquids, Extra Light Syrup, Canned). Dinner:  canada dry, chicken thigh, ketchup, mini wheat bagel, tuna salad. Snacks/Other:  almonds, banana, pink lady apple.
