Fat: 80.43g | Prot: 78.00g | Carb: 248.46g.   Breakfast:  kashi go lean, banana, Chewy Granola Bars - Seven Whole Grains & Almonds. Lunch:  salad, crackers. Dinner:  Chicken rice soup, beer, peanut butter, pastrami sandwich. Snacks/Other:  Potato chips.
