Fat: 67.39g | Prot: 84.27g | Carb: 272.35g.   Breakfast:  Toasted Marble Rye and Pumpernickel Bread, Creamy Peanut Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, Special K, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese. Dinner:  Turkey Pepperoni, Cheese Pizza, Multigrain Scoops, Mini Ice Cream Sandwich. Snacks/Other:  Energy Gel, Strawberry Milk, Roasted & Salted Pistachios.
