Fat: 35.69g | Prot: 29.28g | Carb: 130.98g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, raisins, butter. Lunch:  mission whole wheat tortilla, kraft mild cheddar cheese, great value all natural cranberries. Dinner:  Bread Stick with Garlic Butter, Creamy Butternut Squash Soup. Snacks/Other:  peanut butter crunch clif bar.
