Fat: 79.31g | Prot: 116.43g | Carb: 421.57g.   Breakfast:  Blackberries, Bran Cereal, Hot Dog Bun, Kashi Heart to Heart Honey Toasted Oat Cereal, Oikos 0% Fat Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Cooked Shrimp, Fat Free Italian Dressing, Lettuce, Safeway kitchens salad toppers nuts and cranberries. Dinner:  All Beef Hot Dog, Bratwurst. Snacks/Other:  Fiber One Original, G2 Thirst Quencher - Fruit Punch, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Kashi Heart to Heart Honey Toasted Oat Cereal, Pure Unsweetened Almond Milk.
