Fat: 26.64g | Prot: 70.32g | Carb: 238.14g.   Breakfast:  Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, Raw Almonds, Lactose Free Plain Yogurt. Lunch:  Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, Coconut Oil, Abbotsford Farms 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oatmeal. Dinner:  Cantaloupe, Butternut Squash Pudding, Lactaid 100% Lactose Free Lowfat Small Curd Cottage Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Mixed Vegetable Juice (Vegetables Other Than Tomato), Plums, Pears.
