Fat: 28.89g | Prot: 65.86g | Carb: 125.38g.   Breakfast:  Blackberries, Blueberries, Lactose Free Plain Yogurt, Raspberries, Raw Almonds, Strawberries. Lunch:  Asian Salad, Avocado Vinaigrette Dressing, Just Grilled Chicken Strips. Dinner:  Breakstone's Cottage Cheese, Cantaloupe, Roasted Brussel Sprouts. Snacks/Other:  Seasonal Fresh Fruit Salad, Spirulina Energy Bar.
