Lunch:  Salad Mix, Roasted Red Peppers, Trader Joe's Healthy 8 Chopped Veggie Mix, Mixed Seeds, Brown Rice, Cranberries, Currants, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Raw Almonds, Peach. Dinner:  Herb-Grilled Salmon (Dinner). Snacks/Other:  Harvest Bay Coconut Water, Seasonal Fruit Salad, Olives.
