Fat: 33.89g | Prot: 74.45g | Carb: 208.22g.   Breakfast:  Abbotsford Farms 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Blackberries, Blueberries, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oatmeal, Coconut Oil, Raspberries, Strawberries. Lunch:  Roasted Red Peppers, Salad Mix, Seapoint Farms Edamame, Seasonal Fruit Salad, Trader Joe's Healthy 8 Chopped Veggie Mix, Whole Foods Avocado Vinaigrette Dressing, Whole Foods Fancy 4 Bean salad. Dinner:  Cantaloupe, Lactaid Lactose Free Cottage Cheese, Roasted Brussel Sprouts. Snacks/Other:  Carrot & Celery Sticks, Grilled Vegetables, Raw Coconut Water, White Bean & Basil Hummus.
