Fat: 58.19g | Prot: 95.13g | Carb: 171.18g.   Breakfast:  Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, Coconut Oil, Abbotsford Farms 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oatmeal. Lunch:  Chicken or Turkey Vegetable Soup (Home Recipe), Nectarine. Dinner:  Seared Ahi Tuna (Regular). Snacks/Other:  Go Raw Spirulina Energy Bar, Trader Joe's Go Raw Trek Mix.
