Fat: 24.31g | Prot: 65.95g | Carb: 222.42g.   Breakfast:  Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, Coconut Oil, Abbotsford Farms 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oatmeal, So Delicious Coconut Milk Unsweetened. Lunch:  Whole Foods Fancy 4 Bean salad, Trader Joe's Healthy 8 Chopped Veggie Mix, Roasted Red Peppers, Whole Foods Avocado Vinaigrette Dressing, Salad Mix, Peach, Seapoint Farms Edamame. Dinner:  Stew Leonard's Healthy Vegetable Soup, Trader Joe's grilled chicken strips, Trader Joe's Organic Foursome Frozen Vegetables, Soup & Stew Blend Frozen Vegetables, Seasonal Fruit Salad, Figs. Snacks/Other:  Pear, Starbucks Soy Milk, Starbucks Decaf Coffee Grande.
