Fat: 44.67g | Prot: 61.57g | Carb: 233.69g.   Breakfast:  Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, Greek Style Cultured Coconut Milk Plain, Raw Almonds. Lunch:  Kale and Edamame Bistro Salad without Dressing, Avocado Vinaigrette Dressing, Seasonal Fresh Fruit Salad, Teeccino Vanilla Nut Herbal Coffee. Dinner:  Hearty Minestrone Soup, Just Grilled Chicken Strips, Mangos, 365 Frozen Mixed Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Fresh Vegetable Tray, White Bean & Basil Hummus, Apples.
