Fat: 36.19g | Prot: 97.40g | Carb: 159.42g.   Breakfast:  Blackberries, Blueberries, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oatmeal, Coconut Oil, Raspberries, Strawberries. Lunch:  Good Neighbors Super Food Quinoa Salad, Mixed Green Salad, Seasonal Fruit Salad, Whole Foods Avocado Vinaigrette Dressing. Dinner:  Red Wine, Salmon Sashimi, Seaweed Salad, Tuna Sashimi. Snacks/Other:  Asian Pear, Carrot & Celery Sticks, Trader Joe's White Bean & Basil Hummus.
