Fat: 36.19g | Prot: 97.40g | Carb: 159.42g.   Breakfast:  Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oatmeal, Coconut Oil. Lunch:  Mixed Green Salad, Whole Foods Avocado Vinaigrette Dressing, Good Neighbors Super Food Quinoa Salad, Seasonal Fruit Salad. Dinner:  Seaweed Salad, Tuna Sashimi, Salmon Sashimi, Red Wine. Snacks/Other:  Carrot & Celery Sticks, Trader Joe's White Bean & Basil Hummus, Asian Pear.
