Fat: 80.65g | Prot: 113.60g | Carb: 259.20g.   Lunch:  egg, publix hamburger bun, publix honey ham, publix swiss cheese. Dinner:  avacado, Cheddar or Colby Cheese (Lowfat), ground round, peppers, publix fat free sour cream, Spanish Rice, Stand 'n Stuff Taco Shells. Snacks/Other:  Fat Free Light Blueberry Pomegranate Yogurt, Premium Vanilla Ice Cream, smuckers fudge.
