Fat: 103.07g | Prot: 124.16g | Carb: 173.78g.   Lunch:  arnold sandwich thin, Green Olives with Pimento, mayo, Premium Tuna Solid White Albacore in Water, progresso chicken cheese enchilada soup. Dinner:  Gravy & Salisbury Steak, publix low fat cottage cheese, tomato. Snacks/Other:  almonds, Fat Free Light Blueberry Pomegranate Yogurt.
