Fat: 109.99g | Prot: 132.51g | Carb: 150.76g.   Breakfast:  egg, Pickles, pita bread whole wheat. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Pita Bread, mayo, oscar mayer overn roasted turkey, skim milk publix, Swiss Cheese. Dinner:  Cheddar or Colby Cheese (Lowfat), ground round, low fat sour cream publix, peppers, salsa, Stand 'n Stuff Taco Shells. Snacks/Other:  Apples, dry roasted lightly salted peanuts publix.
