Fat: 109.99g | Prot: 132.51g | Carb: 150.76g.   Breakfast:  pita bread whole wheat, Pickles, egg. Lunch:  oscar mayer overn roasted turkey, mayo, Swiss Cheese, 100% Whole Wheat Pita Bread, skim milk publix. Dinner:  Cheddar or Colby Cheese (Lowfat), peppers, ground round, Stand 'n Stuff Taco Shells, low fat sour cream publix, salsa. Snacks/Other:  Apples, dry roasted lightly salted peanuts publix.
