Fat: 72.80g | Prot: 62.74g | Carb: 213.51g.   Breakfast:  Swiss Valley Farms 1% Chocolate Milk, Chobani Nonfat Raspberry Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Tap Water, Kraft MiO Liquid Water Enhancer - Strawberry Watermelon, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese. Dinner:  Tap Water, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Carrots, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Baked Potato Stuffed with Sour Cream (Peel Eaten), Prime Rib, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Dinner Rolls, Uncle Ben's Country Inn Chicken & Wild Rice, Butter, Fuzzy Navel. Snacks/Other:  White Cake with Icing (Home Recipe or Purchased).
