Lunch:  Salmon, Cooked Brussels Sprouts, Wegmans Baby-cut California Carrots. Dinner:  Weight Watchers Meatloaf with Bell Pepper and Onion, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Star Extra Light Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine.
