Fat: 72.40g | Prot: 73.08g | Carb: 125.54g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Boiled Egg, Laughing Cow Mini Babybel Light Cheese. Lunch:  Alouette Fat Free Feta, Avocados, Basil, Kale, Kroger Red Wine Vinegar, Star Extra Light Olive Oil, Sun-Maid Zante Currants, Walnuts. Dinner:  Broccoli, Hard Parmesan Cheese, Pilgrim's Pride Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Star Extra Light Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  Coffee-Mate Hazelnut Coffee Creamer, Farley's & Sathers Bob's Sweet Stripes Soft Mint Candy Sticks, Fuji Apples, Red Tomatoes.
