Fat: 72.40g | Prot: 73.08g | Carb: 125.54g.   Breakfast:  Laughing Cow Mini Babybel Light Cheese, Bananas, Boiled Egg. Lunch:  Basil, Alouette Fat Free Feta, Kroger Red Wine Vinegar, Avocados, Walnuts, Star Extra Light Olive Oil, Kale, Sun-Maid Zante Currants. Dinner:  Star Extra Light Olive Oil, Broccoli, Hard Parmesan Cheese, Pilgrim's Pride Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Red Tomatoes, Fuji Apples, Coffee-Mate Hazelnut Coffee Creamer, Farley's & Sathers Bob's Sweet Stripes Soft Mint Candy Sticks.
