Lunch:  Bell Peppers, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Dole Shredded Carrots, Dole Snap Peas, Price Chopper Lite Balsalmic Vinaigrette Dressing, Trader Joe's Organic Baby Spinach. Dinner:  almond breeze, Fresh & Easy Organic Cooked Quinoa, frozen corn, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh.
