Fat: 33.00g | Prot: 101.10g | Carb: 105.72g.   Breakfast:  Special K Cinnamon Pecan Cereal, Coffee, Whole Milk, Sugar, Whole Milk. Lunch:  Venison/Deer Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables in Tomato-Based Sauce (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy), Golden Homestyle Turkey Breast, Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner:  Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt.
