Fat: 33.00g | Prot: 101.10g | Carb: 105.72g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Special K Cinnamon Pecan Cereal, Sugar, Whole Milk, Whole Milk. Lunch:  Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Golden Homestyle Turkey Breast, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Venison/Deer Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables in Tomato-Based Sauce (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy). Dinner:  Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt.
