Fat: 83.44g | Prot: 225.20g | Carb: 179.93g.   Breakfast:  Peanut Butter, whole wheat bread, grape jelly. Lunch:  roasted turkey breast skinless, fresh sweet corn, mashed potatoes. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Salsa, Light Sour Cream, 2% Fat Milk. Snacks/Other:  optimum nutrition gold standard whey, raw almonds, Oikos Fruit on The Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Black Cherry, lindt dark, Strawberry Fruit Strip, Light String Cheese, Peanut Cranberry Almond.
