Fat: 77.87g | Prot: 87.83g | Carb: 161.89g.   Breakfast:  Semi Skimmed Milk. Lunch:  Mini Egg Yogart, Poppadoms, Skinny Soup Vietnamese Hot and Sour, Turkey Sausage (Cooked). Dinner:  Bramley Apple Crumble (800G Size,), Green String Beans, Lamb Roast, Low Fat Devon Custard, Mediterranean Style Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Ice Cream.
