Fat: 32.14g | Prot: 72.10g | Carb: 205.88g.   Breakfast:  Awake Black Tea, Fat Free Milk, honey nut cheerios, Original Liquid Coffee Creamer, splenda packet, sugar packet. Lunch:  lean cuisine basil salmon. Dinner:  chik-fil-a char grilled chicken sandwich, chik-fil-a honey mustard, chik-fil-a waffle fries, diet coke. Snacks/Other:  fat free milk, slimfast shake mix.
