Fat: 35.88g | Prot: 81.98g | Carb: 256.44g.   Breakfast:  Awake Black Tea, Fat Free Milk, honey nut cheerios, Light & Fit Greek Raspberry, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Original Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Healthy choice cafe steamers asian, Peanut Butter Pretzels, Zen Green Tea. Dinner:  Chunk Light Tuna in Water (Pouch), Decaf Green Tea, steamfresh penne and vegetables. Snacks/Other:  apple, Crunchy Granola Bars - Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter, crystal light pomegranate lemonade, Fruit Bars - Strawberry.
