Lunch:  98% Fat Free Deli Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, French Onion with Beef Stock Soup, Mayonnaise, Monterey Jack Cheese Deli Slices. Dinner:  Apple Pecan Chicken Salad. Snacks/Other:  2% Milkfat Small Curd Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Banana, Clif Bar - Oatmeal Raisin Walnut, Instant Original Cereal, Natural Almond Butter - Classic, Pears, Pumpernickel, Raw Almonds, Riquisimas Tortillas de Harina.
