Lunch:  French Onion with Beef Stock Soup, Monterey Jack Cheese Deli Slices, Mayonnaise, 98% Fat Free Deli Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast. Dinner:  Apple Pecan Chicken Salad. Snacks/Other:  Banana, Raw Almonds, Pumpernickel, Instant Original Cereal, Pears, Clif Bar - Oatmeal Raisin Walnut, Riquisimas Tortillas de Harina, 2% Milkfat Small Curd Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Natural Almond Butter - Classic.
