Fat: 41.37g | Prot: 138.43g | Carb: 142.90g.   Breakfast:  greek yogurt, blueberry, whey protein powder. Lunch:  crackers, sliced turkey, cheese. Dinner:  quinoa, chicken thigh, green beans, peppers, tomato sauce, olives. Snacks/Other:  chicken nuggets, carrots, goldfish cracker, chicken breast.
