Fat: 20.00g | Prot: 75.21g | Carb: 166.56g.   Breakfast:  Egg White, Jalapeno Peppers, Multigrain Bread. Lunch:  Cherry Tomatoes, Hy-Top Saltines, Mixed Salad Greens, Pickled Beets, Progresso Light Chicken Noodle Soup. Dinner:  Larry's Giant Subs Grilled Chicken Breast, TGI Friday's Mozzarella Sticks. Snacks/Other:  Black Forest Gummy Bears, Clif Bar Builder's Bar - Cookies 'n Cream, Go Raw Chocolate Super Cookies.
