Fat: 20.00g | Prot: 75.21g | Carb: 166.56g.   Breakfast:  Egg White, Multigrain Bread, Jalapeno Peppers. Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Cherry Tomatoes, Pickled Beets, Progresso Light Chicken Noodle Soup, Hy-Top Saltines. Dinner:  Larry's Giant Subs Grilled Chicken Breast, TGI Friday's Mozzarella Sticks. Snacks/Other:  Go Raw Chocolate Super Cookies, Clif Bar Builder's Bar - Cookies 'n Cream, Black Forest Gummy Bears.
