Fat: 103.84g | Prot: 178.63g | Carb: 78.00g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Egg, Lard. Lunch:  Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Mexican Blend Cheese, Sour Cream, la banderita low carb. Dinner:  tilapia, butter, broccoli. Snacks/Other:  cheddar, casein, Pretzel Crisps - Original, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, 1% milk.
