Fat: 182.28g | Prot: 163.44g | Carb: 42.16g.   Breakfast:  California Avocados, Coffee, Egg, Lemon, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Wegmans Wegmans thick Cut Bacon. Lunch:  BelGioioso Parmesan Cheese, Dole Portobello Mushroom Caps, Earthbound Farm Romaine, Grape Tomatoes, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), Onions, Pizza Hut Baked Mild Wings, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Aldi Ground Sirloin 90/10, Asparagus, Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  Boar's Head Lacey Swiss Cheese, Brazil Nuts, chocolate coconut pecan candy, Laughing Cow Mini Babybel Bonbel Cheese, Macadamia Nuts, Wegmans almonds dry roasted.
