Fat: 182.28g | Prot: 163.44g | Carb: 42.16g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Coffee, Wegmans Wegmans thick Cut Bacon, California Avocados, Lemon, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Earthbound Farm Romaine, Onions, Grape Tomatoes, Dole Portobello Mushroom Caps, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), BelGioioso Parmesan Cheese, Pizza Hut Baked Mild Wings. Dinner:  Aldi Ground Sirloin 90/10, Asparagus, Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  Laughing Cow Mini Babybel Bonbel Cheese, chocolate coconut pecan candy, Macadamia Nuts, Boar's Head Lacey Swiss Cheese, Wegmans almonds dry roasted, Brazil Nuts.
