Fat: 161.87g | Prot: 137.12g | Carb: 24.72g.   Breakfast:  heavy cream, eggs, splenda, sahlens ham, Bacon Thick Sliced. Lunch:  wegmans polish sausage, miniature peppers. Dinner:  pork loin, baby spina h, crumbly bleu, onion, olive oil. Snacks/Other:  wegmans almonds, babybel cheese, chocolate coconut pecan candy.
