Fat: 161.87g | Prot: 137.12g | Carb: 24.72g.   Breakfast:  Bacon Thick Sliced, eggs, heavy cream, sahlens ham, splenda. Lunch:  miniature peppers, wegmans polish sausage. Dinner:  crumbly bleu, baby spina h, olive oil, onion, pork loin. Snacks/Other:  babybel cheese, chocolate coconut pecan candy, wegmans almonds.
