Fat: 83.84g | Prot: 114.14g | Carb: 173.77g.   Lunch:  coffee, scrambled eggs, french toast, bacon, organic maple syrup. Dinner:  chicken noodle soup, stuffed pepper soup, tuna ranch pasta salad, broccoli bacon salad, Beef Knuckle (Tip Center, Steak, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Select Grade), A1 steak sauce, steamed broccoli, mashed potatos, beef gravy, chicken breast, BBQ sauce. Snacks/Other:  peanut brittle, dark chocolate toffee.
