Fat: 83.36g | Prot: 63.32g | Carb: 228.92g.   Breakfast:  whole grain bread, nutella, quaker instant oatmeal- strawberry. Lunch:  organic apple cider, sourdough bread, organic gouda cheese, beet ketchup, organic onions, organic mixed greens, black bean burger. Dinner:  tartar sauce, battered catfish, quinoa, ranch dressing, salad, sunflower seeds. Snacks/Other:  herbal tea, agave syrup.
