Fat: 83.85g | Prot: 89.66g | Carb: 185.22g.   Breakfast:  bacon, coffee, egg omlette with ham & cheese, home fries, sauteed peppers & onions. Lunch:  pasta bean soup, sweet iced tea. Dinner:  chicken enchilada, Guacamole, Refried Beans with Meat, salsa, Tortilla Chips. Snacks/Other:  artisan cheeses, back to nature nut mix, chocolate covered almond, orange almonds, praline pecans.
