Fat: 71.57g | Prot: 87.26g | Carb: 203.71g.   Breakfast:  wheat toast, butter, apple butter, orange juice. Lunch:  coffee, pasta bean soup, chicken breast, lemon juice, croutons, olive oil, honey, walnuts, apple, romaine lettuce, goat cheese, grated parmesian cheese. Dinner:  salad, croutons, poppyseed dressing, mashed potatos, chicken breast, glazed carrots, cream sauce, sundried tomatos, mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  molasses cookies, whipped pumpkin mousse, shortbread cookie, godiva dark french vanilla truffle.
