Fat: 66.54g | Prot: 49.35g | Carb: 126.44g.   Breakfast:  banana, smoked salmon. Lunch:  glutino cheese bread, pork, mayonnaise olive oil, cracker barrel. Dinner:  Russet Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Mixed Salad Greens, Hard-Boiled Egg, Avocado, Zucchini, Light Cheddar Medium, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  que pasa, salsa queso, orange.
