Fat: 42.33g | Prot: 54.81g | Carb: 92.37g.   Breakfast:  45 calories and delightful, tuna, grapes, kraft olive oil light mayo. Lunch:  miso soup, almonds. Dinner:  pinot noir, Chicken Tenders, Ahi Tuna, Quadratini Hazelnut Wafers, Honey Mustard. Snacks/Other:  pinot noir, Breaded Chicken Tenders, Heavenly Crisp Candy Bar - Milk Chocolate.
