Fat: 42.33g | Prot: 54.81g | Carb: 92.37g.   Breakfast:  45 calories and delightful, grapes, kraft olive oil light mayo, tuna. Lunch:  almonds, miso soup. Dinner:  Ahi Tuna, Chicken Tenders, Honey Mustard, pinot noir, Quadratini Hazelnut Wafers. Snacks/Other:  Breaded Chicken Tenders, Heavenly Crisp Candy Bar - Milk Chocolate, pinot noir.
