Fat: 47.56g | Prot: 148.43g | Carb: 159.22g.   Breakfast:  iso sport whey, Low Fat Almond Milk. Lunch:  alfalfa sprouts, avacado, cantaloupe, cheese, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), dijon mustard, pita pocket, tangerine. Dinner:  bok choy, brown rice, mushrooms, oil, rice wine, salmon, sesame oil, soya sauce, sugar. Snacks/Other:  almonds, apple, banana, cottage cheese, pineapple.
