Fat: 60.02g | Prot: 127.46g | Carb: 125.09g.   Breakfast:  Dark Rye Bread, Egg, No Sugar Added Jam, Peanut Butter Unsweetened Unsalted, Zucchini. Lunch:  Cabbage, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salmon. Dinner:  Beef or Meat Gravy, Broccoli, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pork Roast (Lean Only Eaten), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Celery, Cucumber (with Peel), Sweet Red Peppers.
