Fat: 29.02g | Prot: 84.13g | Carb: 120.83g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg. Lunch:  Blueberries, Cantaloupe Melons, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Dinner:  Baby Carrots, Mozzarella Cheese, Red Tomatoes, Veggie Chick'n Burgers. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Fuji Apples, Nectarines.
