Lunch:  Injera (American-Style Ethiopian Bread), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Pastry filled with Potatoes and Peas (Fried). Dinner:  Chocolate Chip Cookie (Home Recipe or Purchased), Low Fat Milk.
