Lunch:  Pastry filled with Potatoes and Peas (Fried), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Injera (American-Style Ethiopian Bread). Dinner:  Chocolate Chip Cookie (Home Recipe or Purchased), Low Fat Milk.
