Fat: 57.36g | Prot: 68.44g | Carb: 185.75g.   Breakfast:  butter, coffee, EGGS, green pepper, international delight, milk 2%, Multigrain Bread, mushrooms, onions, strawberry jam, tomato. Lunch:  CHICKEN AND RICE, GRAHAM CRACKER. Dinner:  ASIAN VEGETABLES, chicken thigh, rice a roni chicken rice. Snacks/Other:  3 musketeers coconut, english toffee.
