Fat: 87.54g | Prot: 68.73g | Carb: 205.18g.   Breakfast:  coffee, egg whites, international delight, kraft american cheese, light english muffin. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Hot Dog Rolls, Beef Brats, hunts ketchup, mustard. Dinner:  CHICKEN ALFREDO PIZZA PAPA JOHNS. Snacks/Other:  M&M'S, mixed nuts.
