Fat: 144.78g | Prot: 129.03g | Carb: 394.58g.   Breakfast:  Clif Bar - White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, Oat Bran Muffins. Lunch:  Backyard Barbeque Potato Chips, Cabbage Salad or Coleslaw with Dressing, Corn Bread, Sliced Tri-Tip Beef Sirloin, Vidalia Onion BBQ Sauce. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Broiled or Baked Pork Chop, Butter, Green String Beans, Peanut Butter Fudge, Vidalia Onion BBQ Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Almond Milk, Bacon, Dulce de Leche Cheerios, Funnel Cake, Krave Chocolate Cereal, Maple Syrup.
